We will not share your information with any outside bodies, however a list of the names of charity members is published each year in our annual report.
How long will we hold your information?
We will retain your information as long as you remain a member of the charity.
In applying for membership of the charity you have given consent for your information to be used as set out above, however you have the right at any time to request a copy of the information we hold for you and/or to request rectification or erasure of that information if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You also have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent or to restrict the way in which your information is used.
